Resolución sobre la acción
política del proletariado

Considerando:

Que querer imponer al proletariado una línea de conducta o un programa político uniforme, como la única vía que pueda conducirlo a su emancipación social, es una pretensión tan absurda como reaccionaria;
Que nadie tiene derecho a impedir a las secciones y federaciones autónomas el derecho incontestable a determinar por sí mismas y seguir la línea política que crean la mejor, y que toda tentativa en sentido contrario conduciría fatalmente al más indignante dogmatismo;
Que las aspiraciones del proletariado no pueden tener otro objetivo que el establecimiento de organizaciones y federaciones económicas absolutamente libres, fundadas sobre el trabajo y la igualdad de todos y absolutamente independientes de todo gobierno político, y que estas organizaciones y federaciones no pueden ser otra cosa que el resultado de la acción espontánea del proletariado, de las organizaciones de oficio y de los municipios autónomos;
Que toda organización política no puede ser otra cosa que la organización del dominio en beneficio de una clase y en detrimento de las masas, y que el proletariado, si quisiera apoderarse del poder, se convertiría en una clase dominante y explotadora.


El congreso reunido

en Saint-Imier declara:

1.- Que la destrucción de todo poder político es el primer deber del proletariado;

2.- Que toda organización de un poder político llamado provisional y revolucionario para llevar a esa destrucción no puede ser otra cosa que un engaño más, y sería tan peligroso para el proletariado como todos los gobiernos existentes en la actualidad;

3.- Que rechazando todo compromiso para llegar a la realización de la revolución social, los proletarios de todos los países deben establecer, fuera de toda política burguesa, la solidaridad de la acción revolucionaria.

Resolution on actionpolicy of the proletariat
Considering:
They want to impose the proletariat a course of conduct or a uniform political program, as the only way that can lead to social emancipation, is a claim as absurd as reactionary;
Nobody has the right to prevent the sections and autonomous federations incontestable right to determine for themselves and follow the political line that create the best, and that any attempt to the contrary would lead to more outrageous fatally dogmatism;
That the aspirations of the proletariat can have no other purpose than to establish economic organizations and federations absolutely free, based on the work and the equality of all and absolutely independent of any political government, and that these organizations and federations can not be anything but the result of the spontaneous action of the proletariat, trade organizations and autonomous municipalities;
That any political organization can not be anything but the domain organization for the benefit of a class and to the detriment of the masses, the proletariat, if to seize power, would become a ruling and exploiting class.
The conference brought together
in Saint-Imier declares:
1. - The destruction of all political power is the first duty of the proletariat;
2. - That all political power organization called provisional revolutionary to bring such destruction can not be anything but a deception, and would be so dangerous to the proletariat as all governments that exist today;
3. - They refuse any compromise to come to the realization of the social revolution, the proletarians of all countries should establish, beyond bourgeois politics, solidarity of revolutionary action.
